Q: How long does shipping take?
A: The shipping time will very much depend on your location and the
product ordered as our stock is stored in several different warehouse.
We will however notify our customers in all cases of the expected
delivery time frame via e-mail within 24 hours of order processing. Most
of the time, delivery will take from between 4 to 10 business days.
Note that business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: The price for delivery is USD$27.95 for all locations worldwide. Do
note that this price may vary depending on the current promotions or
sales that we may have from time to time.

Q: What happens if my shipment is lost or stolen?
A: We only ship via secure and time tested modalities, all our shipping
partners have been in the business for at least 5 years and as such all
deliveries and shipments are guaranteed. In the unlikely event that your
package is lost or stolen, we will replace it at the soonest moment
free of charge. You will not need to pay for the reshipment charge.
Do note, however, that if your address submitted is incorrect or
outdated, we may not be able to recover the package.

Q: What methods of shipping do you offer, and what can you tell me about
them?
A: We ship only via one shipping method currently as we believe in only
giving the best service to all our customers. Shipping is via Express
mail delivery with a tracking number. We will e-mail our customers with
the tracking number or update the online customer support site with the
tracking number once available. Do note that updating of tracking
numbers is done manually and most of the time the shipments have already
gone out before the tracking number is reflected online.

Q: It's been two weeks, where is my order?
A: All our package will be delivered within 2 weeks. However, there may
be extenuating circumstances which can lead to an inadvertent delay with
your order, such as adverse weather conditions or grounding of
international flights. Rest assured though we will contact all customers
if such a scenario occurs, and you will always be able to keep track of
where your order is at any one point of time.

provide them?
A: If you are looking for an item that is not currently listed on our
site - do feel free to contact us via chat or e-mail (via our online
contact us page) and we will try our best to locate it for you.
Do note as well that we are constantly updating our inventory and many
of our ex-stock may not have been put up by us on our site, so feel free
to check with us whenever you see something that you like that is not
listed on our site. Do try and include a URL or link to the item you
want or a picture.

Q: Will the funds be deducted immediately or after I get the goods when I

A: When you purchase via credit card, the charge has to go through on
the card first before we are able to ship the order out to you. This is
the The funds should be paid immediately by Credit Card. If the products
quality has problem after you receive the goods, please contact us
ASAP, we will deal with the return procedure for you.

Q: How do you ensure I will receive your products after I finish
payment?
A: Within 24- 48 hours after your payment has been processed, we will
send you a detailed e-mail which would include: order number, amount
billed and details of your transaction. You will be given a link as well
on how to follow your package and order.
